The excavation has offiicially started!

The area for excavations is being marked by the topographers, the wood has been organized by the laborers and the sun is shining here in Sosua!

By Tuesday the compressors should be in and beginning to start excavation.

it's raining in Sosua...

Rain began to fall this afternoon but did not stop progress on this real estate project. The topographers have begun to mark the site for excavation and will continue their job tomorrow with a view to being finished by Tuesday (today is Friday).

The material shed/office/dormitory for the laborers is completed and the work team are warming up for the beginning of the hard labor.


Even during rainy times, the ocean view is splendid, also from ground level!

This is what the Caribbean and specially Sosua deserves...

This construction will have everything you can think of, very modern and beautiful, we hope this will set a precedent for future developers (although there aren't many ocean front lots left) in Sosua, for that matter on the north coast.

Just 20 minutes flight by plane St. Marteen, similar locations are selling for 10 times the value. In our opinion Sosua is the best location of The Dominican Republic, respectfully and deserves again higher prices at least comparable to other Caribbean Islands. This project could be the start of it.
